If one is exempt from fasting such as due to being sick, or a medical condition, or being pregnant or nursing, are there any restrictions relevant towards them on the fast day? Should they try to eat only according to Shiurim as done on Yom Kippur? Should they only eat bread and water, or can they eat other foods, such as meat, wine, and treats? May they eat in public? Should they try to fast for a few hours into the day? Should they redeem the fast with charity?

Should a married man say a blessing on a Tallis Katan? Is one to say a blessing over a Tallis Katan worn prior to Davening if he will be wearing a Tallis Gadol for Shacharis? Why do some say it is not to be done? What if one is putting it on later on in the day, such as when putting on a Shabbos Tallis Katan on Erev Shabbos after Mikveh. What is the Chabad custom and directive of the Rebbe on this matter?
